Memberships

All membership purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Memberships grant immediate access to member benefits, and as such we are unable to offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a membership.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction.

To cancel your membership and avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.

Event Tickets

Refunds for event tickets are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellation by Meet People Social Pattaya: If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Buyer cancellations: All ticket purchases are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance you cancel. This is because event costs — including venue, and staffing — are committed at the time of booking based on ticket numbers.
• No-shows: Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund.
