This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Meet People Social Pattaya will issue refunds for memberships and event tickets. By purchasing a membership or event ticket, you agree to the terms set out below.
Memberships
All membership purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Memberships grant immediate access to member benefits, and as such we are unable to offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a membership.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction.
To cancel your membership and avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.
